Will this plugin be free or paid?

I have a couple of questions but first I would like to say this is an awesome idea and I love it
1) I was thinking maybe a feature where players can create a 'help ticket' in game if they have a problem and it can be answered from the online framework.
2) Maybe an online list to see which players are online?
