[STARTUP FAILED -- didnt complete after 180 seconds - PLEASE DELETE, I POST IT IN SUPPORT]

I recently installed Atavism server version 10.5
And I getting an error after 3 minutes

Does anybody have any hint what might be wrong there or what to check ?
