  1. I have animations for dual wielding, UMA supports mechanim, there are a lot of choices for animations.

What is lacking is the option to flag a weapon as usable in either hand.

  2. I am not sure how much work it would be but would it be possible to have the option for weapons to be equipped in main or offhand instead of one or the other?

Then we wouldn't have to have a second set of offhand only weapons for dual wielding, which really seems silly.

  3. The texturing looks really bad in the videos as well as very jagged edges on edited areas. I would expect a lot more from a $200+ plugin. I also agree that more information would be nice as you first were saying around $100, then $160 and now $285.... with little information on what is does.

Does it auto generate grass and trees as well? I mean Voxeland looks much better and is a LOT cheaper.

  4. I am in the same boat as Count Zero, and I really don't give a flying fig about most of the systems that you are spending your time developing. I am interested in the server as a network and database backbone that I can build my custom systems on top of.

Seeing as you are developing all of this on top of an existing MMO server engine, Im a little confused on the complexity of getting us to a state where the more advanced developers can start working with the plugins. We really just need a messaging system in Unity to handle our calls back and forth. I know your base technology already had an existing plugin system as well.

I asked very specifically about this before pledging, but Im really starting to wonder about it now and if it would be easier to just go grab the MultiVerse source and write corresponding code in unity to interact.

But 99% of the rest of the people do care about those things, does it make sense to develop for the majority or a small percentage that feels entitled?

  5. Played EQ from Beta 2 to a few years ago, 6 years as a bard and a couple as a beastlord. Really loved the game Pre-pop, got so tired of back flagging guild members post-pop. We were one of the top 3 raiding guilds on our server and raided nightly. Loved the teamwork required.

Now people just seem to solo until they need something, then toss 72 people at a boss until dead, which is why I dislike WoW so much.

  6. I loved almost everything about UO, except the graphics :) The game play is still awesome today.

I hope Neo and team add a lot of support for crafting as I would like to have a fairly extensive but not overly complicated crafting system in my world :)
