Just drop by to see how Atavism was doing. Great to see that the project is still going good. Seems a lot of changes where added and will surely take a look into it!

Quick question? I already seen those unlimited space and bandwidth but after reading their EULA, all files needed to point to the website and bandwidth was well.. unlimited but really really slow.

Well looking around the net about this company is not really reassuring...
Apparently they have 10% to 20% hidden fees. You only get paid after a certain amount, they only pay you once a month, they keep a retainer in case of client refund + an other 25$ for every refund (so if you sell something 2$ they will charge you 25$ + 2$ so 27$)
If you want to use their service, depanding on what you want to do, you should be able to integrate it in your project.

We have already looked into that, not sure if it's in release 2.6 but its definitely in our to do list.

We will surely look at this, but I can tell you that Unity version 5.7 (June 6th release) will change their Vector3 to quad precision instead of single.

In 2.X you have the following command if you are an admin:
/spawner (wil let oyu spawn mobs, merchants)
/fly (lets you fly around)
/nofly (gorunds you)
All player by default can do the following command:
/goto (location pointer) ex: /goto spawn
in 2.6 you have the ability to teleport yourself to an other player.
New 2.6 video showing new cool stuff will be available this weekend.

Well technically oyu could have your mysql server on a different server/lan connection; but I would really discourage you for using this way as lags will be terrible. I would highly recommend to put it all on the same server. Also depending on your load, you might want to consider the type of connection you have to the internet (speed download and upload).

You can use the coordinate animation effect of an object. Will do a tutorial this week about this. Using the Coord Effect Animation you can sync up any animation you want (doors or other kind of animation)

You are saying that if I have multiple servers on the same subnet, I would need to install it directly on my MySQL Server?
I do understand that opening your MySQL server to an % host is a security risk; but people that install server farm usually install their sql cluster on machines and their web/php server on some other machine. I think that letting the users decides how he wants to handle their security should be their choice.
By hard coding the MySQL to be localhost will surely affect you sales. Also in release 2,8 (or 2.7) not sure of Atavism multiple support will be available; meaning that your system might not work anymore (depending on how they handle multi-servers)
This will be a great addons for Atavism and I know it is a huge task to accomplish. Just letting you know what I could prefer in the long term and possibly even in the first releases.

Make sure that you have the correct informations in the 3 files you need to change. I could'nt say wich one, but one of them you did not change the value from localhost to oyu DDNS...

Has your sql server started upon pc bootup (can you connect to mysql?). When you installed mysql did you say you wanted it to auto start?

You have the server running twice I think. Might want to reboot your pc and restart the server.
