Xamos here,

 

Attached I have an updated/improve version of the /htdocs folder you get with the server.

I am actively working on this, any issues just let me know and I'll work on them.

 

General note: If you get a DOM error in the server stats page it's because you need to add something to you php.ini file. Visit the About page for more details.

Yes users can register. In fact, the first user registered on the server becomes admin. So when you set it up you will become admin so no need for that length process anymore. Everybody else becomes a regular user.
