How do I get it to work?

Hi, I've just recently purchased and downloaded your product in hopes to build my own MMORPG, but I can't seem to get anything to work. Every tutorial I've watched, everything seems so simple and easy. NOTHING I do even renders, I bought my own online server as well and that doesn't even work. it just fails to connect. It's getting very aggravating and I'm losing my patience because it feels like I've wasted my money. There is no live help or troubleshooting, only this forum. Which may or may not be read or responded to in a time I need it to be necessary. I need help and I don't know what to do.
