Can i import my own avatars

i have two questions:

1. can i import my own characters for eg a mermaid and trans form her legs to land in game?

2. can i use this program as only a  RPG

If you have a single player RPG in mind, then it's not perfect for such use with the present licensing model, where you can start one server per license. It's designed to make an MMO.
