Hi, I ran into such a problem, the server gives an error when trying to move from the character selection scene to the game world. and when you try to create a character, it throws you off the server. What could be the problem?

Ensure that the prefab server on your server is running and also if the prefab server port is open and accessible, by default it's 5566 TCP.

The port is open, the problem occurred about a month ago, before that everything worked fine. There is another small question, when we tested the admin panel, we sent a message about restarting the server and it went into maintenance mode, but it is not clear how to start everything back. access is only from the administrator, the regular account does not log in, the database and server were also restarted, nothing helped.

there is also a fairly significant synchronization problem, are there any ways to avoid this?

the server magically started working after several reboots, but the console is still red from the errors that are on the first screenshot. we will try to reinstall the server completely.

Have you resolved your server issue? I'm wondering if it was related to some incompleted installation tasks or maybe some hardware issues.
